Selection process

Selection process.

BNP Paribas Fortis’s recruitment teams follow a code of ethics that guarantees transparency, objectivity and respect when skills are evaluated.

 

We will make a pre-selection based on your CV and cover letter.
Aptitude tests and a personality questionnaire will then be sent to you by email.
For certain positions, you will subsequently be invited to a group interview with role-play to assess your ability to work in a team and to evaluate your command of languages, etc.
This will be followed by two further interviews (Human Resources and Management) before we finally decide whether or not to make you a job offer.
