BNP Paribas Fortis’s recruitment teams follow a code of ethics that guarantees transparency, objectivity and respect when skills are evaluated.

We will make a pre-selection based on your CV and cover letter. |

Aptitude tests and a personality questionnaire will then be sent to you by email. |
 |
For certain positions, you will subsequently be invited to a group interview with role-play to assess your ability to work in a team and to evaluate your command of languages, etc. |
 |
This will be followed by two further interviews (Human Resources and Management) before we finally decide whether or not to make you a job offer. |
